Glasgard Designrollo

A blind construction of extraordinary design and detail. The Design-Rollo is a technically solid blind construction for those who desire a small cassette covering. The gear wheel shown on the left, serves the inserting or exchanging of the spindle. This system is not mounted unto the window sash but unto the wall or window lintel.

We thank the ASP architects in Frankfurt. They were our first customers for this product and showed their trust in an extraordinary product. The reception as well as the meeting and working rooms were fitted out with over 200 De- sign-Rollos.

The zinc cast storage heads are available in bronze or silver, according to customer wish. This system consists of two solid storage heads intregrated with an assembly rail and a spindle with hanging. The system is operated by means of a metal bead chain.

The Glasgard DesignRollo

is a solid, well thought out and aesthetically pleasing open construction for ceiling and wall mounting.

Premounted on head bearings unto solid aluminium as- sembly rail. The spindle or shaft arrangement is inserted into the counter bearings by means of an adjustable gear wheel bearing pin. All mounting rails are available in colours bronze or silver, with the exception of the white powder- coated mounting rail. Quality of hanging according to customer wish and choice.

Blind constructions unto extremely rigid, white powdered aluminium mounting rail. Designed for selective mounting under the ceiling or unto the wall.

Gear head and storage head open in order to facilitate in- sertion unto the mounting rail. Partly constructed from zinc casting and coated bronze or silver, according to customer wish. Continuous nickelised bead chain as well as stopper and chain lock. Open two-piece counter bearings with te- lescopic extendable pivot bearing to allow the insertion of the spindle arrangement.

Edge profile extruded ALU-profile ca. 200 g/m colour ano- dised placed unto hanging without strap.
